CDS Return Policy
Colonial Dental Studio strives to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. In the event that we fail to deliver the desired results, we asked that you follow the guidelines listed below:
1) Notify CDS within 30 days of receiving your order that you are not satisfied and are requesting a return authorization.
2) Do not alter the case in any way prior to notifying CDS. By altering the case (adding porcelain, etc.), you accept responsibility for the product.
3) In cases involving warranty issues, it is the customer's responsibility to return any/all broken pieces to Colonial Dental Studio. In order for the customer to receive credit for the case, CDS must show evidence of failure to the original material provider.
4) In instances where the product does not meet the required case specifications, the customer must provide the original models to CDS for verification.
Before you return any product, call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Colonial Dental Studio does not reimburse the cost of return shipping unless the product shipped was our error or was defective.
