SLM Metal Copings

Colonial offers CAD/CAM copings for PFMs through the selective laser melting (SLM) process. Alloy options include a non-precious, nickel and beryllium free chrome cobalt alloy as well as a 25% palladium noble alloy. Non-precious SLM is indicated for single units up to full bridges. The noble SLM alloy is indicated for single units up to 8-unit bridgework. The SLM process provides a consistent, quality restoration on each case and saves time and money from conventionally casting PFMs.
